This is embarrasing!

I have to apologize for the frustration. The original mini-lesson has been erased from the internet some time ago and replaced with a current updated seminar of a different topic. It was my error to send you on the fruitless search.

I can try to rebuild the 3X3 seminar from some old records on my hard-drive, but it will take some time to find all the pieces and re-write them.. Also, I'm in the middle of another project right now!

Forgive me, please allow some time, a few weeks perhaps, then I can research this to find the original material.

-Neal.

I've misplaced the lesson. If you're really interested I'll try to find the lesson and get the file to you.
Hello fibmaster i will so much love you to send me the file of the 3*3 displaced MA . My kind regards .

Hello Friends,

In forex trading there are many tools of trading which allow you to cut your losses and let you go inti profits. I have been trading since 2004. Now many trading tools have been developed but i like the older one which i am still using it.

I don't believe on these new trading tools i am trading with my strategy and knowledge i trade for 2-3 hours in a day and book profits and leave the market. These strategy of trading has took my account towards profit.

Another rookie question about MAs. Can you define a strategy just using fibonacci and MAs ? These are the two tools I am currently playing with on my demo account and I plan to master them as much as possible before using anything else.
From your experienced eyes, does it make any sense to focus on that ?

I don't trade that way, but MA's will take you a long way in the right direction. If you have a good sense of the trend, you'll be trading in the right direction more often than not.

Thank you. I'll try to focus on that and if I am succesful with my demo account, I may go live with that (but that's quite far away )

Getting a demo is the best way to get into this market. I’ve seen some trader cases about losing most of the time because their weak experience on it. And usually we’re talking about high money amounts. Which kind of platform are you using right now? I’ve a real and a trial, I’m still practicing cause there you may find lots of tools to apply then in the real. Jan

Hi jane,

I am using Metatrader, the Alpari's way. I am obviously not done with trying but the platform quite fits to me, I've able to play easily with most indicators.
As I am still figuring out which one to use, it's quite helpful. Plus, I have found on a forum a tool allowing to write as much info as you want on charts.

I don’t really know about that one but most of platforms which I’ve been trying allow traders to write and customize charts but actually it is not too useful because it may confuse us. I appreciate the most how indicators run in there and how fast it works. Janeth
