This is embarrasing!
I have to apologize for the frustration. The original mini-lesson has been erased from the internet some time ago and replaced with a current updated seminar of a different topic. It was my error to send you on the fruitless search. I can try to rebuild the 3X3 seminar from some old records on my hard-drive, but it will take some time to find all the pieces and re-write them.. Also, I'm in the middle of another project right now! Forgive me, please allow some time, a few weeks perhaps, then I can research this to find the original material. -Neal.
