I need somebody to help me clearing out some confusions in the attached image. 1st formation looks like a Morning Star Formation then an Evening Star Formation appeared followed by Bullish Engulfing Formation followed by another Evening Star Formation then the market dipped.

Is what I analyzed correct or no & which formation from the above I should follow?

Please advise?
